I am currently a post-doctoral researcher at the Empirical Software Engineering in Software, Systems and Services (M3S) research unit of the University of Oulu (Finland). I received my Ph.D. from the department of Information Processing Science, University of Oulu, Finland (2013) and my M. Sc. degree (2008) and B.Sc. degree (2006) from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), Spain. My research centers on value-based decision-making, agile/lean/rapid software development, software quality and human aspects in software engineering. I am a member of the Review Board of EMSE and usually serve as reviewer in leading SE journals (e.g. TSE, EMSE, IST, IEEE SW) and on program committees for conferences (e.g. ESEM, XP). I am a member of ACM.
